HD Hyundai Infracore to provide construction equipment for NEOM project

In response to rising demand for construction equipment driven by the NEOM city project, HD Hyundai Infracore is set to deliver a total of 131 DEVELON excavators and wheel loaders to fulfill orders from clients in Saudi Arabia and Brazil.

Saudi Arabian construction companies are among the beneficiaries, with thirty 53-ton excavators and fifty large wheel loaders designated for use on the NEOM project. The surge in demand for large construction equipment prompted HD Hyundai Infracore to adopt specific strategies, including robust sales efforts conducted through their Dubai office and the establishment of new dealerships near NEOM city, bolstered by increased service staff. These proactive measures played a pivotal role in securing these recent contracts.

HD Hyundai Infracore has reported a noteworthy 51.6% increase, totaling 846 units for sales of "Excavator, Wheel Loader, and ADT" equipment in Saudi Arabia, marking substantial year-over-year growth.

In addition to fulfilling the requirements for public infrastructure investments, Brazil has also placed an order for 51 DEVELON excavators. This includes twenty-two sizable excavators (80 tons and 53 tons) designated for the Mato Grosso railway construction project, as well as twenty-nine mid-sized 14-ton excavators intended for the Rio Grande do Sul public bidding project. Notably, the Rio Grande do Sul project will receive only 14-ton excavators, as the client specifically sought machinery with proprietary engines for simplified maintenance.
