Minor Hotels, a
prominent hotel owner, operator, and investor, is embarking on an expansion of
its luxurious Anantara brand by introducing a new property in Neom.
This upcoming Anantara
resort will become an integral part of Trojena, the mountainous retreat within
Neom, Saudi Arabia. Trojena is also set to host the Gulf's inaugural outdoor
ski resort.
A Serene Mountain
Escape Anticipated to open in late 2026 and to become the backdrop for the
Asian Winter Games in 2029, Trojena is envisioned as a multifaceted
destination. It will offer an array of amenities, including the ski resort,
within its mountainous landscape. The locale will serve as a hub for
world-class sporting events, artistic exhibitions, concerts, and cultural
celebrations. Designed with a commitment to renewable energy and the
preservation of the area's environmental and cultural heritage, Trojena is
centrally positioned in Neom, 50 kilometers away from the Gulf of Aqaba
coastline. The Anantara resort will be nestled within the Water Village, an
integral part of Trojena's Valley Cluster.
