IHG Hotels & Resorts signs deal to develop 250-Key property in NEOM's Oxagon

IHG Hotels & Resorts has recently inked a franchise agreement with NEOM, the visionary developer of a mega futuristic city in Saudi Arabia.

The agreement aims to establish a remarkable 250-key property within NEOM's coastal industrial city, Oxagon, situated in the kingdom's Northwest region. IHG Hotels & Resorts is one of the world's leading hotel companies with 6,000 hotels across 18 brands.

Dedicated to offering a gateway to some of the world's most exotic locations, IHG's Hotel Indigo properties take inspiration from their surroundings, encompassing all aspects of the guest experience – from boutique design to locally-inspired restaurants. In line with this philosophy, the upcoming Hotel Indigo property in Oxagon is envisioned to become a vibrant lifestyle destination, featuring an array of exciting retail and dining concepts, including charming cafés, a relaxing pool lounge, and a specialty restaurant.

Moreover, residents and visitors at the Oxagon Hotel Indigo can expect access to a wide range of leisure and wellness facilities, boasting a spa and a state-of-the-art 24-hour fitness center. The property, scheduled to open its doors in 2026, will be strategically situated within Oxagon's first residential community.
