Saudi Arabia: Three-day musical festival to be held in AlUla in September
The Azimuth
music festival is set to return to AlUla from Sept. 19 to 21 for its fourth
edition, bringing together local, regional and international artists ahead of
Saudi National Day on Sept. 23.
Held under the theme “Until the Sun Comes Up,” the three-day
festival will form part of the AlUla Moments calendar, which offers a diverse
program of cultural, artistic and entertainment events throughout the year.
Azimuth has established itself as a prominent fixture on the region’s
music calendar, attracting audiences with a combination of live performances,
art and cultural experiences set against AlUla’s distinctive natural
landscapes.
This year’s performances will be held beneath the grand Qa’a Al-Haj, with
a lineup featuring internationally acclaimed artists including Ben Böhmer,
James Blake, The Blaze, Cosmicat and Ghostly Kisses. Additional performers are
expected to be announced.
Previous editions of Azimuth have featured major international acts such
as Jason Derulo, The Chainsmokers, Tinie Tempah, The Kooks, Jorja Smith,
Peggy Gou and Thievery Corporation.

The festival was launched in 2020, with subsequent editions
held in 2022 and 2023, further cementing its position within Saudi Arabia’s
growing cultural and entertainment landscape.
Azimuth is one of five major festivals featured in the AlUla Moments
calendar, which spans disciplines including art, culture, music, nature,
wellness, equestrianism, dining and astronomy.
Early-bird tickets are available until Aug. 14, with prices starting at SR760
($202).
