Julie Audette to promote The Red Sea and AMAALA in her new role as Cluster Director of Marketing
Julie Audette
has been appointed Cluster Director of Marketing for The Red
Sea and AMAALA under Marriott International, marking a key leadership
move for Saudi Arabia’s expanding luxury tourism sector.
The appointment strengthens marketing leadership
across two flagship destinations central to Vision
2030, which aims to diversify the Kingdom’s economy and position it as a
global tourism hub.
Audette previously spent three years with Red Sea Global, where she led integrated marketing and communications for both The Red Sea and AMAALA. During that time, she helped shape destination branding strategies and developed partnerships to boost international visibility for the projects.

The Red Sea,
which began welcoming guests in 2023, currently includes several luxury resorts
with further expansion planned across Shura Island. Meanwhile, AMAALA is emerging as a high-end coastal
destination focused on wellness, arts, and sustainable tourism along the Red
Sea coast.
In her new role, Audette will oversee
cluster-wide marketing strategy, supporting continued growth and global
positioning of both destinations as they expand their hospitality offerings.
With more than 20 years of experience in tourism and hospitality marketing, she has previously held senior roles at Miral, where she contributed to the rebranding of Yas Island, and at Viceroy Hotel Group, where she led marketing and communications for key hospitality projects in Abu Dhabi.
