Red Sea International grants contract to Italian firm for Trojena project

Red Sea International Co. announced on Dec. 23 that it has signed a SAR 202.8 million contract (excluding VAT) with Webuild S.p.A. to deliver integrated facilities management services for the Trojena project at NEOM.

According to a Tadawul filing, the agreement covers operations and maintenance services for the main and secondary camps supporting Webuild–NEOM’s Trojena Dam project. The scope aligns with NEOM’s worker welfare standards and applicable regulations in the Kingdom.

The contract includes comprehensive facilities management services, such as accommodation and housekeeping, catering and food services, security and access control, IT and communications, and facilities maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil works, roads, and landscaping. It also covers waste management and recycling, recreational facilities, utilities (water, electricity, sewage, and gas), fire safety and emergency response, administration and help desk services, as well as support functions including pest control, training, and quality assurance.

The two-year contract is expected to begin contributing to the company’s financial results in the first quarter of 2026. Red Sea International confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
