Rezaik Abdullah Al Gedrawy Company granted contract to develop Diyar AlMahash project in AlUla
AlUla’s transformation under
Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030
continues to gain momentum, as the AlUla
Development Company (UDC) — a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) — has
awarded the design and construction contract for the Diyar AlMahash project to Rezaik Abdullah Al Gedrawy Company.
Set to begin construction in 2025
and complete in 2027, Diyar AlMahash will offer a thoughtfully designed
residential community that blends modern living with AlUla’s distinctive
cultural and natural identity. The project will include a range of amenities
such as a communal lounge, gym, swimming pools, minimarket, prayer room, and
walking tracks, surrounded by desert landscaping that harmonizes with the
AlMahash environment.

Architecturally, the project draws
inspiration from AlUla’s rich heritage, using locally sourced materials and
incorporating subtle façade patterns that reflect the region’s colours and
textures. Sustainability remains central to its vision, with the development
targeting LEED Gold certification in recognition
of its environmentally responsible design.
