Two water projects costing SAR 140 million completed in Diriyah to improve supply
The National Water Company (NWC) has
completed two major water infrastructure projects in Diriyah Governorate, Riyadh,
at a combined cost of over SAR 140 million. Spanning more than 26 kilometers,
the projects are part of NWC’s broader efforts to upgrade water and
environmental service infrastructure across the Kingdom.
In a recent press release, NWC
stated that the new projects will significantly enhance water supply capacity
in Diriyah and several key districts of Riyadh, including Hittin, Al-Nakheel,
and Al-Khuzama. The developments will also support the growing needs of the
Diriyah Gate project, one of Saudi Arabia’s flagship urban heritage
