As part of its official bid to FIFA, the proposed stadiums are located across four cities—Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Khobar, and Abha—and the under-construction The Line. The plan includes 11 new stadiums, three currently under construction, and renovations or temporary expansions of existing stadiums.
