Alhokair Group commences catering contract in Neom

Alhokair Group has commenced its catering contract for a residential complex within NEOM, in accordance with the schedule outlined in the award letter. The company is currently in the process of finalizing site preparations and appointing qualified personnel, as stated in a recent statement to Tadawul.

The initial batch of services has been successfully delivered, adhering to the terms specified in the award letter. Contract formalities are being concluded with Alpha Facilities Contracting Co., as mentioned in the statement.

Earlier, on December 17, 2023, Alhokair Group was awarded a project by Alpha Facilities Contracting, an affiliate of Al Fanar Group, to provide catering services at a residential complex in NEOM, estimated at SAR 760 million. The anticipated financial impact of this collaboration is expected to commence from the first quarter of 2024.
