Lexus, as the official partner of the 2024 Diriyah
Contemporary Art Biennale, signifies a significant cultural alliance within the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Organized by the "Diriyah Biennale
Foundation," this collaboration underscores Lexus' steadfast dedication to
supporting cultural and artistic endeavors, epitomizing the company's
commitment to enriching cultural, artistic, and social landscapes within the
Kingdom.
Themed "After the Rain,"the 2024 Diriyah Biennale aims to serve as a premier creative platform embodying an artistic vision inspired by transformation and exploration.
Scheduled to commence on February 20, 2024, in the Jax neighborhood of Diriyah, the biennale will showcase 177 artworks by 100 artists from 40 countries across six exhibitions. It will also feature numerous outdoor art spaces and a series of artistic and cultural events, including lectures and workshops tailored for art enthusiasts, along with exhibitions spotlighting prominent local artists.

Speaking about Lexus' involvement in the 2024 Biennale, Mazin Ghazi Jameel, Executive Marketing Director in the Kingdom, expressed delight in participating and acknowledged the fruitful partnership between Abdul Latif Jameel for Lexus and the Diriyah Biennale Foundation in advancing cultural, artistic, and social initiatives in the Kingdom. Jameel emphasized that Lexus' presence aligns with the company's commitment to supporting quality of life initiatives outlined in Saudi Vision 2030, serving as a pioneering creative platform to raise awareness of the flourishing cultural scene in the Kingdom and shed light on the cultural and artistic movement through various unique events and experiences.

The Diriyah Biennale, established in 2020 by the Saudi Ministry of Culture, aims to foster global dialogue among artistic communities within the Kingdom. In a short period, it has made a significant impact on the Kingdom's art scene through major events, including the inaugural Diriyah Contemporary Art Biennale in 2021-2022 and the Islamic Arts Biennale 2023 in Jeddah.
