Noha Al-Harthi has been at the forefront of NEOM's robotics and emerging technologies sector since 2020, where she leads advancements in robotics, human-machine interfaces, and computation. Recently, she earned a position on the NEOM executive committee, further solidifying her pivotal role within the organization.

In her capacity as the head of this division within NEOM's public safety department, Al-Harthi is dedicated to propelling cutting-edge, next-generation solutions. Her objective is to introduce advanced technologies that align with NEOM's expansive ambitions, ultimately aiming to position NEOM as a premier destination.

Al-Harthi's exceptional contributions have garnered both national and international acclaim. Notably, she was honored with the esteemed "Science and Technology Woman of the Year" title at the Arabian Business KSA Women Excellence Awards in 2022. Breaking barriers, she also holds the distinction of being the first Saudi female drone pilot, marking her contributions to technology as both groundbreaking and inspirational.

Noha Al-Harthi's academic and professional journey, rooted in a profound passion for high-performance computing and artificial intelligence, commenced at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, where she completed both her master's degree and Ph.D. In 2020, she achieved the distinction of being the first researcher from a Middle Eastern university to receive the German Gauss Center for Supercomputing Award.
