Sindalah’s yachting clientele
NEOM has forged a strategic partnership with Burgess, a
prominent global superyacht provider, to extend its comprehensive services to
Sindalah's yachting clientele. This collaboration, announced ahead of
Sindalah's scheduled opening in 2024, aligns with NEOM's vision of establishing
Sindalah as a premier global yachting destination, offering an array of
services to meet the diverse needs of yachting enthusiasts.
Situated off the coast of NEOM in north-west Saudi Arabia, Sindalah is poised to be the inaugural asset unveiled by NEOM, promising guests an idyllic luxury lifestyle experience.
With plans to establish a world-class
yachting ecosystem, Sindalah marina aims to become a focal point in the global
yachting calendar. As part of the agreement, Burgess will provide an extensive

destination and delivering exceptional services to guests and yachts exploring
the Red Sea. The partnership with Burgess is seen as a strategic move to
facilitate chartering activities at Sindalah from its launch, catering to the
preferences of guests seeking a nautical lifestyle experience through yacht
chartering.
The demand for superyacht services in the region has
experienced significant growth in the past decade, leading Burgess to establish
a Middle East presence in 2016. With its strong foothold in the region, Burgess
is well-positioned to offer Sindalah guests unparalleled yachting experiences,
from customized superyacht charters to managing the logistical aspects of yacht
chartering in the Red Sea.

regulator of Red Sea coastal tourism activities. SRSA's issuance of
yachting-friendly regulations in 2023, including the Large Yachts Chartering
Regulation and Visiting Private Yachts Regulation, has facilitated smoother
customer journeys for marine operators and practitioners. SRSA's commitment to
sustainability underscores its efforts to preserve the Red Sea environment
while supporting investments, defining infrastructure requirements, and
regulating coastal tourism activities.
