NTT DATA and Red Sea Global forge strategic partnership to expand digital solutions
NTT DATA
and Red Sea Global (RSG) have
signed a strategic partnership agreement to explore next-generation digital
solutions and managed technology services for the hospitality, smart-city and
connected-industries sectors in Saudi Arabia and international markets.
The agreement establishes a framework for the two
companies to explore the creation of a potential joint venture, combining RSG’s
expertise in destination development, hospitality and infrastructure with NTT
DATA’s capabilities in artificial intelligence, systems integration and digital
transformation.
As part of the partnership, the companies will examine
the application of emerging technologies, including Physical AI, the Internet
of Things (IoT), digital twins, private 5G networks and industry cloud
platforms. The technologies are expected to support more efficient destination
operations while delivering enhanced and more personalized experiences for
guests.

The companies will also assess the development of a
flexible digital services platform designed to support RSG’s growing portfolio
of destinations and projects. The platform could potentially provide advanced
