Who is Jon Batiste?

While some may recognize him as the longtime bandleader for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert (2015–2022), Batiste’s achievements span far beyond television. A Juilliard-trained multi-instrumentalist and composer, he has collaborated with legends such as Stevie Wonder, Prince, Alicia Keys, and Lana Del Rey.

He won an Academy Award, BAFTA, and Golden Globe for his original score of Disney-Pixar’s Soul (2020), further solidifying his status as one of today’s most dynamic musical voices.
