Diriyah’s Wadi Safar project wins RoSPA Gold Award for
excellence in health and safety
Under the supervision of Jacobs (NYSE: J), Diriyah Company’s Wadi Safar East and West Package Infrastructure Project has been awarded the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Gold Award in recognition of its outstanding health and safety performance in Saudi Arabia.
The RoSPA
Awards are internationally regarded as a benchmark for excellence in
occupational health and safety. The Gold Award is presented to organizations
that demonstrate a robust, systematic approach to managing workplace safety and
wellbeing.
Spanning 62 square kilometres on the western edge of Riyadh,
the Wadi Safar development is a key component of Diriyah Company’s masterplan
to create new residential, cultural, leisure, and hospitality destinations
while preserving the heritage of one of the Kingdom’s most historic sites. The
project aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, integrating heritage conservation,
sustainable design, and innovative infrastructure delivery in support of the
nation’s tourism and urban development goals.
