Red Sea Global and Saudi Post issue new commemorative stamps in honor of Shura Island
Saudi Post (SPL) has joined forces with Red Sea Global to unveil a special commemorative stamp collection in honor of the opening of Shura Island. Valued at SAR3, the new series celebrates this pivotal milestone for the Red Sea destination. The stamps reflect the harmonious blend of innovative tourism and environmental preservation, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
Since its debut in 2023, the Red Sea destination has quickly gained attention, offering visitors five luxury resorts and the state-of-the-art Red Sea International Airport (RSI). By 2025, an additional eleven luxury resorts are set to open on Shura Island, ensuring a world-class tourism experience.

New stamps mark Shura Island's significance
This latest release from Saudi Post (SPL) follows their 2021 collaboration with Red Sea Global, which featured a stamp collection showcasing the region's remarkable biodiversity, including coral reefs and mangrove forests. The previous collection was widely acclaimed for its depiction of the area's unique marine life.
