Formula E enthusiasts, get ready for an adrenaline-fueled experience as tickets are now available for the 2024 Diriyah E-Prix, a thrilling double-header taking place on January 26-27. The ABB FIA Formula E World Championship is set to light up the streets of Diriyah with back-to-back evening races featuring the world's best drivers.

As a mainstay in the international Formula E and motorsport calendars, the Diriyah E-Prix has become a powerful catalyst for positive change, aligning with the Saudi Ministry of Sport's vision to promote sports at every level in the Kingdom. With the growing popularity of motorsports in Saudi Arabia, this event promises electrifying entertainment for enthusiasts while reflecting the increasing demand for all things motorsports.

Carlo Boutagy, the founder and CEO of the event's promoter CBX, expressed excitement about the return of the Diriyah E-Prix for the sixth consecutive year, emphasizing that this edition is set to be the biggest and best yet. The event has witnessed a surge in interest, with each year bringing more on-track excitement, entertainment around the venue, and higher attendances.

The 2024 Diriyah E-Prix will feature a double-header in the dark, offering visitors an unforgettable racing spectacle under the lights at the Diriyah Street Circuit. The historic desert surroundings of the UNESCO World Heritage Site at At-Turaif will be illuminated, providing the perfect backdrop for the ultimate all-electric racing experience.

Beyond the racing action, the Diriyah E-Prix offers a dynamic blend of sport, music, and entertainment. The lineup includes Grammy-nominated American boy band Backstreet Boys, Egyptian rock band Cairokee, Dutch DJ Afrojack, American pop rock band OneRepublic, Nancy Ajram, and Swedish DJ and music producer Alesso.

Tickets are available through the FIA Formula E website, with options for grandstand and general admission starting from SR100. Fans can immerse themselves in a full day of family-friendly entertainment at the Allianz Fan Village, featuring racing simulators, live music performances, street food, and more. The races, starting at 8 p.m. on both days, are part of Saudi Arabia's broader investment in sports as part of the Vision 2030 cultural transformation, encouraging active and healthy lifestyles among the population. The Ministry of Sport's initiatives, including hosting international events, have contributed to a significant increase in sports participation and the growth of sports federations in the country.
