This MoU is a step towards exploring collaborative opportunities in Saudi Arabia and launching groundbreaking international real estate awards within the Kingdom. These awards, adhering to globally recognized and approved standards, will receive extensive media and organizational support, aiming to inspire investors to initiate innovative real estate ventures that will elevate the attractiveness of Saudi Arabia's real estate sector.

In the forthcoming months, Bernays and International Property Media will unveil new media initiatives, commencing in Riyadh, the Saudi capital. This endeavor aligns with Vision 2030 and reaffirms Saudi Arabia's media leadership.

The MoU signing ceremony took place on the sidelines of the "Cityscape Global 2023" exhibition, the world's largest event in the real estate sector, recently hosted in Riyadh. Mohammed Al-Hamoud, CEO of Bernays, and Stuart Shield, founder and Chairman of International Property Media, signed the MoU.

It's worth noting that the International Property Awards were introduced approximately 30 years ago in the United Kingdom and have earned the trust of the global real estate industry. These awards are adjudicated by a distinguished panel of over 100 international jurors with expertise in real estate, marketing, interior design, development, and architecture.
