Bernays and International Property Media join forces to introduce Real
Estate Awards in Saudi Arabia
In a significant partnership, "Bernays," a leading global
public relations and consulting company based in Bahrain, has inked a
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with International Property Media, a renowned
global organization renowned for its international real estate awards.
This MoU is a step towards exploring collaborative opportunities in Saudi
Arabia and launching groundbreaking international real estate awards within the
Kingdom. These awards, adhering to globally recognized and approved standards, will
receive extensive media and organizational support, aiming to inspire investors
to initiate innovative real estate ventures that will elevate the
attractiveness of Saudi Arabia's real estate sector.
In the forthcoming months, Bernays and International Property Media will
unveil new media initiatives, commencing in Riyadh, the Saudi capital. This
endeavor aligns with Vision 2030 and reaffirms Saudi Arabia's media leadership.
The MoU signing ceremony took place on the sidelines of the
"Cityscape Global 2023" exhibition, the world's largest event in the
real estate sector, recently hosted in Riyadh. Mohammed Al-Hamoud, CEO of
Bernays, and Stuart Shield, founder and Chairman of International Property
Media, signed the MoU.
Mohammed Al-Hamoud remarked, "The MoU with International Property
Media underscores Bernays' commitment to enhancing our services and elevating
competitiveness, ensuring the delivery of premier communication and media
services for the regional real estate market. By hosting one of the most
significant global real estate exhibitions, Saudi Arabia stands as a pivotal
economic center on the international stage, establishing a sustainable
framework for the development of the real estate sector—a crucial pillar for
the realization of Saudi Vision 2030."
Stuart Shield added, "There is no doubt that this MoU with Bernays
paves the way for us to leverage our global expertise in organizing real estate
awards and launching innovative media initiatives from Riyadh, the capital of
the Kingdom, which is rapidly flourishing in various facets of life. Together,
let us contribute to bolstering the real estate sector, enticing investments in
real estate, and fostering projects that enhance the quality of life."
This strategic collaboration is strongly supported by Bernays, known for
providing communication and public relations solutions in the Middle East
region, and possessing a comprehensive understanding of Saudi Arabia's real
estate sector.
It's worth noting that the International Property Awards were introduced
approximately 30 years ago in the United Kingdom and have earned the trust of
the global real estate industry. These awards are adjudicated by a
distinguished panel of over 100 international jurors with expertise in real
estate, marketing, interior design, development, and architecture.
